In a turn of events, Obama intends to uphold his word and allow the continued sale of individual insurance plans that have been canceled due to noncompliance with the health care law.The administration plans to permit these sales of individual policies to those that have been in effect in 2010 when the law was enacted, but not afterward. 

Low enrollment threatens ACA exchanges

So where do the exchanges stand as of today? The total number of people enrolled through the federal and state exchanges are projected to be around 100,000, according to Employee Benefit News. This low enrollment number is giving opponents of the healthcare law momentum to push for a delay.
